About Therapy & Process

  • How does online therapy work?
Online therapy with Jasmine is HIPAA compliant to ensure your privacy. After scheduling, you’ll receive a secure link to join your session, which you can attend comfortably from your own home. It closely resembles in-person therapy but with added flexibility.

  • What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session, Jasmine will review her practice policies with you and collect some intake information. This session is also your opportunity to start the therapeutic process, with Jasmine guiding the conversation and likely giving you something to work on in future sessions.

  • How long does each session last?
Couples therapy sessions last 50 minutes (max). Individual sessions typically last around 55 minutes (max). Group sessions generally last about 1 hour.

  • How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your unique situation. You and Jasmine will discuss this together to determine what’s best for you.
