Individual Therapy

Living with anxiety can feel like you're constantly bracing for something to go wrong, even when everything seems fine on the outside. I provide individual therapy for teenagers and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply stuck. My approach is grounded in compassion, informed by personal experience, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're dealing with daily anxiety, caregiving stress, parenting struggles, major life transitions, or just trying to find your way forward, you are welcome here.

My specialties include anxiety therapy and caregiver support, particularly for those supporting a loved one with cancer. I also help clients manage stress, navigate relationship challenges, and move through moments of uncertainty with greater clarity and resilience.

Sessions are offered through secure online therapy and are 55 minutes long, giving you space to slow down, reflect, and feel heard, all from the comfort of your own home. I use a personalized, collaborative approach and draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes, having a dedicated space to talk things through and feel genuinely supported is exactly what you need to start feeling better.

Couples Therapy

Maybe it feels like you’re stuck in the same argument over and over. Maybe you're walking on eggshells, unsure how to say what you really feel without triggering another fight. Whether you're facing ongoing conflict, rebuilding after infidelity, struggling to communicate, or questioning the future of your relationship, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer online couples counseling to partners who are seeking support, clarity, and a space to reconnect or thoughtfully part ways. I work with couples of all kinds, including LGBTQ+ couples, married or unmarried partners, and relationships at any stage. Everyone is welcome here.

Group Therapy

When you're struggling, it can feel like no one truly gets it. You might find yourself thinking, "Why can’t I handle this like everyone else?" or feeling ashamed for needing support in the first place. Group therapy offers a powerful reminder that you're not alone, and that real healing can happen in community.

I offer a variety of online group therapy sessions for both children and adults, each focused on a specific theme or shared experience. These small, supportive groups are designed to help you feel seen, understood, and safe to show up just as you are, without fear of judgment.

Past groups have focused on:

  • Managing anxiety

  • Support for caregivers, especially those caring for someone with cancer

  • Parenting children with challenging behaviors

  • Getting and staying sober

New therapy groups are typically offered once or twice per month, with each group running for four one-hour sessions. Groups are limited to 10 participants to ensure that everyone has the space to share, connect, and feel supported.

Group therapy offers many benefits. It reduces feelings of isolation, helps you gain new perspectives, and gives you a chance to learn and practice tools in a safe environment. Many participants also discover lasting connections with others who understand what they’re going through, often for the first time.
