Group Therapy

When you're struggling, it can feel like no one truly gets it. You might find yourself thinking, "Why can’t I handle this like everyone else?" or feeling ashamed for needing support in the first place. Group therapy offers a powerful reminder that you're not alone, and that real healing can happen in community.

I offer a variety of online group therapy sessions for both children and adults, each focused on a specific theme or shared experience. These small, supportive groups are designed to help you feel seen, understood, and safe to show up just as you are, without fear of judgment.

Past groups have focused on:

  • Managing anxiety

  • Support for caregivers, especially those caring for someone with cancer

  • Parenting children with challenging behaviors

  • Getting and staying sober

New therapy groups are typically offered once or twice per month, with each group running for four one-hour sessions. Groups are limited to 10 participants to ensure that everyone has the space to share, connect, and feel supported.

Group therapy offers many benefits. It reduces feelings of isolation, helps you gain new perspectives, and gives you a chance to learn and practice tools in a safe environment. Many participants also discover lasting connections with others who understand what they’re going through, often for the first time.
