Online anxiety therapy with Jasmine Peck, LCSW is delivered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality. After scheduling your appointment, you’ll receive a secure link to join your virtual anxiety therapy session, which can be attended from your home or any private location with reliable internet access.
Online anxiety therapy closely mirrors in-person therapy and has been shown to be just as effective for treating anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and stress-related concerns. Telehealth therapy also offers increased flexibility and convenience for clients located in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, especially for those who feel anxious leaving home or managing busy schedules.
What can I expect during my first online anxiety therapy session?
Your first online anxiety therapy session is focused on building rapport and creating a strong foundation for treatment. Jasmine will review important practice policies, answer any questions you may have, and gather intake information related to your anxiety symptoms, personal history, and therapy goals.
This session also marks the start of the therapeutic process. Jasmine will guide the conversation, help you identify patterns that contribute to anxiety or depression, and may introduce initial coping strategies or nervous-system regulation tools for you to practice between sessions.
How many anxiety therapy sessions will I need?
The number of anxiety therapy sessions needed varies depending on your symptoms, goals, and life circumstances. Jasmine uses a collaborative approach to anxiety treatment, meaning session frequency is discussed together and adjusted as your needs change.
Most clients are encouraged to begin with weekly anxiety therapy sessions, then transition to bi-weekly and eventually monthly sessions as anxiety symptoms decrease and coping skills strengthen. The goal of anxiety therapy is to help you build lasting tools, increase emotional regulation, and move toward greater independence and confidence.

Appointments & Scheduling
How do I request a therapy appointment?
You can easily request a therapy appointment online by clicking Request an Appointment on this website. Jasmine Peck, LCSW offers online therapy and anxiety counseling for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Once your request is submitted, you will be contacted with next steps to schedule your session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my therapy appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual therapy session or couples counseling appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
You may cancel or reschedule by:
Messaging Jasmine through the client portal, or
Emailing Jasmine directly at jasminepecklcsw@gmail.com
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a cancellation fee.
What is considered a no-show?
A no-show therapy appointment is defined as not attending your scheduled session or not logging in within 15 minutes of the start time. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Are late cancellation or no-show fees covered by insurance?
Late cancellation and no-show fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the client’s responsibility to pay out-of-pocket.
Rates & Fees for Therapy Services
Jasmine Peck, LCSW provides online therapy and anxiety-focused services for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Rates are listed below for self-pay services. Insurance coverage varies by plan and state.
Individual Therapy
$150 per session
Individual therapy sessions are provided via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth and are tailored to support anxiety, panic, stress, and related concerns.
Couples Counseling
$200 per session
Very limited availability
Couples counseling sessions focus on communication, emotional regulation, and relationship stressors. Availability is limited to ensure high-quality care.
Therapy Intensives
Starting at $495+
Therapy intensives are extended sessions designed to provide focused, in-depth support for clients who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Intensives are commonly used for anxiety, panic, relationship stress, and major life transitions.
The exact cost of an intensive depends on the structure, length, and follow-up components discussed prior to scheduling.
Payment Flexibility & Accessibility
Jasmine strives to be as flexible as possible while also sustaining her practice. For clients who are self-pay or do not have out-of-network benefits, Jasmine may offer weekly or bi-weekly payment plans when appropriate.
The goal is to make therapy more accessible while maintaining ethical, sustainable care. Payment plan availability is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Paperwork & Documentation
Any paperwork that needs to be completed will be addressed during scheduled therapy sessions. Jasmine Peck, LCSW reserves the right to decline completion of any paperwork that she does not feel clinically or ethically comfortable completing.
Good Faith Estimates (No Surprises Act)
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. A Good Faith Estimate provides an expected range of costs for therapy services if you are self-pay or using out-of-network benefits.
