About Jasmine Peck, LCSW

Licensed Anxiety Therapist in New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts

You deserve a life that feels calm, connected, and grounded; not one constantly ruled by anxiety or disconnection. My work is about helping you find that sense of balance again, whether you are navigating anxiety and panic, trying to create the best version of yourself, or simply stuck and not sure where to turn.

My Approach

I believe therapy should feel practical and genuine, not clinical or distant. You will always find warmth, compassion, and structure in our sessions. We slow things down, identify what is really driving your anxiety or relationship stress, and create a clear plan for change that fits your real life.

Clients often describe my style as calm, validating, and to the point. See their feedback here. Together we combine conversation with education, mindfulness, and hands-on tools that you can use immediately outside of therapy. You will leave each session with something tangible; insight, a tool to try, or a next step.

Why I Do This Work

Like many of my clients, I know firsthand how consuming anxiety and self-doubt can be. Early in my career, I learned that knowledge alone is not enough; we also need tools, perspective, and connection. That realization shaped the kind of therapist I became: someone who meets clients with both understanding and strategy. I have many videos about my lived experience with anxiety and panic here.

When my clients succeed, I succeed. I love seeing them on the other side of anxiety, where they feel in control and are no longer feeling powerless.
