When Anxiety Takes Over, It Feels Like You’re Not in Control

You’ve tried everything you can think of to feel better; Googling symptoms, avoiding triggers, asking friends or family for advice, but they don’t really understand what you’re going through.

Maybe you’ve had a panic attack in public and had to leave. Maybe you’re constantly checking your body, worrying about your health, or waiting weeks to see a doctor only to walk out with more questions than answers.

You’re not just “stressed.” You’re exhausted. You’re overwhelmed. And anxiety is starting to affect your relationships, your job, and your ability to enjoy life.

Even on calm days, there’s that background noise; the racing thoughts, tight chest, constant alertness. It can feel like you’re always bracing for something bad to happen, even when nothing’s wrong.

This is more than just worry. This is anxiety, and it’s taking up too much space in your life.

What Makes My Approach Different

This isn’t traditional talk therapy where you spend weeks on paperwork before getting real support.
My approach to anxiety and panic therapy is fast-paced, practical, and designed for immediate relief.

I’ve personally experienced anxiety and panic attacks, so I understand how urgent and overwhelming those moments can feel. That lived understanding shapes my work. That’s why I don’t believe in waiting weeks to start treatment planning or skill-building. You begin learning tools in Session One.

Clients often share that they notice a decrease in symptoms quickly because my approach is:

  • Solution-focused

  • Structured and collaborative

  • Grounded in nervous system regulation

  • Tailored specifically to anxiety and panic disorders

From your very first session, you will walk away with something you can use right away—whether it’s an anxiety log, grounding techniques, micro-habits, or tools to regulate your nervous system between sessions.

What You’ll Learn in Therapy

In our work together, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your anxiety and panic symptoms so you can finally stop feeling controlled by them. You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what anxiety is and why the symptoms feel so physical

  • Break the cycles that keep you stuck (health anxiety, Googling symptoms, avoiding triggers)

  • Respond to panic attacks with clarity instead of fear

  • Use nervous system regulation techniques to calm your body

  • Shift intrusive or spiraling thoughts before they take over

  • Reconnect with your values and sense of self

  • Build skills that support long-term emotional stability

You won’t wait months for progress.
You’ll leave Session One with actionable strategies you can start using immediately.
And when you explore client feedback and results, you’ll see that people consistently feel relief early in the process thanks to this focused, effective approach to online anxiety therapy.
