MEET THE GROUP FACILITATOR
Jasmine Peck, LCSW, LICSW is a licensed therapist in New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts and an anxiety specialist with extensive experience working with adolescents. She provides virtual therapy to teens and has a background as both a school social worker and school behavior specialist, supporting students with anxiety, emotional regulation, and social stress.
This group is guided by Jasmine’s Anxiety Reset workbook—the same structured program she uses during the first month of therapy with her individual clients. The group focuses on helping teens understand anxiety, develop practical coping tools, and build confidence they can use at school, at home, and in everyday life. All participants receive the workbook at no additional cost and can continue using it long after the group ends.
Benefits of Group Therapy
Why Group Therapy Works
Group therapy offers powerful benefits that individual therapy alone can’t always provide. In a supportive group setting, participants gain insight, confidence, and connection—while learning real skills they can apply immediately.
Benefits of group therapy include:
• Feeling less alone by connecting with others who share similar struggles
• Normalizing anxiety, emotions, and stress responses
• Learning practical coping tools through shared discussion and guided exercises
• Building confidence through peer support and validation
• Practicing communication and emotional regulation in real time
• Gaining perspective from others’ experiences
• Feeling supported while working toward personal growth
All groups are led by a licensed clinician and follow a structured, evidence-based approach to ensure safety, consistency, and meaningful progress.
