Clinical Supervision in New York and Massachusetts
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York and New Jersey and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. My clinical background includes work in school settings, residential programs, and community-based mental health, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the challenges clinicians face across a variety of environments.
I specialize in supervising School Social Workers and Therapists who support clients with anxiety and panic, offering guidance grounded in evidence-based practice, practical tools, and a compassionate, supportive approach.
Supervision is offered virtually and is available to LMSWs and LCSWs working toward clinical licensure in New York and Massachusetts. Current supervision options include:
Individual Supervision
Small Group Supervision (up to 4 supervisees)
Whether you're just beginning your clinical journey or seeking to deepen your therapeutic skills, supervision with me provides a reflective, collaborative space to grow your confidence, strengthen your clinical judgment, and develop a style that feels both authentic and effective.

My Favorite Things
Why I Love It
This desk has become one of my favorite parts of my workspace. The electric height adjustment is incredibly smooth, and I switch between sitting and standing throughout the day without any disruption. The wide desktop gives me plenty of room for my laptop, notes, and therapy materials, and the built-in power outlets keep everything organized and easy to access. It’s sturdy, functional, and helps me stay grounded and focused during sessions and work time. If you’re building a calming, supportive home office, this piece is truly worth it.
Standing Desk
Chair
Why I Love It
This is one of those chairs that instantly makes a space feel cozy and grounding. I love it for reading, journaling, or decompressing after sessions. The cushion is soft but supportive, the armrests make it feel like a little hug, and the ottoman is perfect for putting your feet up after a long day. It’s comfortable without being bulky, which makes it great for smaller spaces or home offices. I also love the side pocket — it’s the perfect spot for books, notebooks, or your anxiety workbook. It’s an affordable piece that creates a calm, inviting atmosphere anywhere you put it.
Exercise Ball
Why I Love It
This is one of my favorite tools for anyone who spends long hours sitting or deals with back or hip discomfort. The gentle instability of the ball naturally engages your core, encourages better posture, and keeps your body from locking into one stiff position all day. It’s great for quick stretch breaks, mindful movement, or simply swapping it in as a chair for part of the day. I love how durable and supportive it is — the anti-burst design gives me peace of mind, and it inflates easily with the included pump. It’s a simple, affordable way to support your body and add movement into your routine, whether you’re working from home or using it in your wellness practice.
